Sound Editor for Television & Film


Mark Steele is an award-winning sound editor with 33 years of editing experience and 20 years of sound mixing experience.  Mark has been in the entertainment industry for the better part of 40 years. His expertise is in post-production sound for movies and television.  He is recently retired from the IATSE local 700 (The Editors Guide).  Mark's expertise is with Apple and Pro Tools over the last 30 yrs.  He currently owns and runs a state-of-the-art 24-track Pro Tools edit/mix room (5.1 Surround), 7 TDM  Pro Tools mix systems, a variety of ¾” video decks, Macintosh computers with digital video and audio mixers. Mark has a BA in Psychology from Argosy University.
